Excellent experience working with R & J Garage Door. Ray, who came out and provided the quote was very knowledgeable and extremely responsive. The installers were extremely thorough and professional. They removed all debris and old parts and cleaned the work area (even swept!). The installers also tightened brackets and tested the mechanisms extensively, adjusting the motors and ensuring a smooth, quiet operation. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of garage door replacement or repair.

I contacted R&J to give me a quote for a new garage door and opener. They came the same day to review what they offered and provided me with a quote, which was cheaper than the two other quotes I had obtained. They came back within 3 days and installed my new door and opener with no hidden costs and everything was great. Installation was seamless and the installers walked me through how the opener worked and how to program everything. Great service and I would definitely recommend them for your garage door needs!

John was on time, pleasant, no hard sell. He showed us door options, explained what would be done, how long it would take and gave an estimate. He expected us to give him a call if we wanted him to do the work, didn't expect an answer from us then. But we were happy with his estimate so we told him the job was his. He and a helper came back to do the work when scheduled. They cleaned up everything and took the old door away. John made sure we were able to open and close the door and lock it and that no adjustments were needed before they left. They are professional, courteous and reasonably priced.

Garage door ordered 5/2/14 and received timely. Removed old door, opener and keyless entry device and installed new insulated garage door, opener and keyless entry device with improved remote devices. Work was done very professionally including cleanup and removal of old parts.
