About us

Specializing in Off-Premises Events •Social and Corporate Party Planning •Experienced Servers and Bartenders •Serving Monmouth, Middlesex, & Ocean Counties in New Jersey General Servers provide services such as heating and serving hors d'oeuvres and setting up a buffet. They will replenish the buffet and keep the service area tidy, remove used plates, glassware, utensils and clean up the kitchen before they leave. Our bartenders will pour beer and wine and prepare mixed cocktails and blender drinks for your guests. At your request they will arrive an hour early to set up your bar. A physical bar is not necessary as many of our customers simply use a long table covered with linen.

Services we offer

No Food just staff: Servers, captains, waiters/waitress, bartenders, personal chef, grill person, bus staff, coat checker. We provide a variety of custom services such as serving a sit-down dinner, designing buffet tables, arranging food on platters, slicing or carving meats and cutting and serving wedding cake.

Services we don't offer

We do not provide the food, only staff to keep your party running smoothly. We are happy to recommend a caterer to you. The only exception to this is when using our personal chef's. They will help you with your menu choice and come to your home and cook for you.

Every year my husband and I throw a large barbecue to celebrate our anniversary. For the past few years, we decided we'd like to enjoy the party instead of work it - so we hired NJ Wait Staff. I have been a repeat customer for ... I think it is 4 years now! They are easy to book with a simple email, super reliable (they show up, on time) and they work hard. We added a grill attendant the last two years and everything now works so, so smoothly. The two staff come just before the guests start to arrive, fire up the grill and get my buffet set up. We do about 10 minutes of talking through our needs and it is all taken care of! We've had Jessica and Eric for two years now and they already know the drill and just do the job. And what I love most is that we have very little clean up - our garbage is emptied, dishes cleaned, leftovers packed into the fridge and we can enjoy ourselves. I will definitely use them again, there is absolutely no reason not to!
