Pool and Spa Servicing
Awesome at first, but since maybe 2014 these guys went in the toilet. They do NOT RETURN CALLS. They are very unreliable and will leave you wasting your time. Forget about an answered call, returned call or timely work. They treat their 'best' clients like garbage. Opening pools are shoddy and half baked, work is rushed and unprofessional. THEY TAKE FOREVER TO RETURN CALLS. Go elsewhere as there is better, more competent and better value.

Very unprofessional and unresponsive. They even lost a part of fixture and did not make good on it. I would never use them again.

Had been my pool servicer for approx 10 yrs. Some lack of punctuality but generally had been a good vender. In 2013, began to miss appointments. He was engaged to repair pool heater in April and was unable to complete job after several attempts. Never returned, stopped returning calls. I finally hired another vender to complete repair. Big Splash has become completely unreliable at this time in my opinion.
