Perfect! The men were timely and made sure the carpets were cleaned properly. They even got stains out I never thought could happen. The carpets looked like new when completed. I wish I knew about them for the previous cleaning job which I had with a mailer coupon. No comparison. I would highly recommend Aberdeen Chem-Dry. You get what you pay for!

From the time I booked the appointment with Diana, through the completion of the job, it was a pleseant experience.  Chris and his Father showed up on time and got right to work.  The carpet was cleaned throughly and all stains were removed.  I will definitley hire them in the future and I reccomend them to anyone getting their carpets cleaned.

Made appointment with Diane, Chris and Bruce responded on time, they were very polite and professional. Excellent work, job was my large living room area, overdue for cleaning due to Sandy and other complications, moved and replaced items as they worked. They were able to make it look new again. Will definitely use this comany again and refer them to my friends.

Overall, I received very professional service with excellent results. They were able to remove puppy stains and odor from upholstery. Will definitely use them again for carpet cleaning in the future.
