Henry Bona Pools and Spas

I have an in-ground pool.  I'd say they did a B job on it.  I would recommend them.  I'd use them again because they also have a store there, and they're pretty helpful in the store.  I think the price is about average.  On punctuality, I think they were good; they came while I was at work so I'm not sure.  They're pretty good on responsiveness.

which I thought was resonable....however, was billed for 2 persons at 85.00 per hr......have had a pool and maintained it for as long as I can remember....only one person is needed....anyway.....was billed 170.00for vacuming and another 99.95 for chemicals (balance pak....what's that?)Service went fine. When I called to set up the appt., was quoted 85.00 per hr, plus chemicals....

We are thrilled with the quality of their work and intend to keep them as our service providers every summer.

Henry Bona Pools and Spas came when the appointment was made, sat down and went through a few things. And he got back with the quote within the time period that he said he would get back.

Very responsive. Call on phone, the guy I spoke too was very spent a few minutes with me explaining the process. He even said it is a possible home owner repair. I agreed to have them do the work, they were at my house a few hours later and the job was done to my satisfaction. The called me at work to let me know everything was fine and the job was done.
