+ -1 moreI have an in-ground pool. I'd say they did a B job on it. I would recommend them. I'd use them again because they also have a store there, and they're pretty helpful in the store. I think the price is about average. On punctuality, I think they were good; they came while I was at work so I'm not sure. They're pretty good on responsiveness.

+ -1 morewhich I thought was resonable....however, was billed for 2 persons at 85.00 per hr......have had a pool and maintained it for as long as I can remember....only one person is needed....anyway.....was billed 170.00for vacuming and another 99.95 for chemicals (balance pak....what's that?)Service went fine. When I called to set up the appt., was quoted 85.00 per hr, plus chemicals....

Description of Work: We hired Bona Pools mid-summer last year to take over the care and weekly maintenance of our swimming pool and spa. After two failed attempts by other companies to keep the pool clean and swimmable, our water delivery company recommended Bona Pools. We have only had the pool for two summers and the second half of last summer it looked brand new again. They were reliable, efficient, and took care of everything for us. With two small children, I don't have time to deal with the cleaning of the pool and always had a company do it, but Bona Pools was the first one ( of three!) to actually treat our pool like they were going to be swimming in it. They took care of all of the headaches associated with pool upkeep and were flexible enough to accomodate our nap schedule when they could so the kids could swim even on water treatment days.

+ -1 moreVery responsive. Call on phone, the guy I spoke too was very spent a few minutes with me explaining the process. He even said it is a possible home owner repair. I agreed to have them do the work, they were at my house a few hours later and the job was done to my satisfaction. The called me at work to let me know everything was fine and the job was done.
