FLOOR SOLUTIONS LLC

The floor installer showed up on Tuesday 7-16 and started laying the floor. They finished on Friday 7-19. When we inspected it there was traces of glue on every board. The installer said it would come off with GOO GONE. IT DIDN'T. We called Flooring Solutions on Friday 7-19 and the salesman said "why are you getting so upset over a little glue" they sent the salesman on Saturday who basically said my wife and I walked on the newly installed floor and tracked glue everywhere. The installer came back on the following Tuesday and tried for 2 days to clean the floor. It was finally decided that the glue that Flooring Solutions choose etched the urethane surface so the floor had to be removed. The installers came on that Thursday and Friday and remove everything they had just installed. The installer showed up on Monday 7-29 and started installing a new floor with a different glue. (one that can be removed from the surface of the wood very easily) He finally finished on Saturday 8-3 and the floor looked great. DID NOT HEAR from Flooring Solutions until Sunday 8-4 looking for their money. NOT once did they call or show up to check on how things were going. All they wanted was to get paid. Flooring Solutions your customer service is TERRIBLE. 3 weeks of not being able to live in your house. 3 weeks of no furniture. 3 weeks of living in the back sunroom. 3 weeks of complete mess! We contracted this job through Flooring Solutions. Flooring Solutions should have taken responsibility of this issue. They pushed it off on the installer and it wound up taking 3 weeks.
