Todd/Delsea is the most upstanding, honest, competent, professional exterminator or service contractor of any kind that I have ever encountered. We were told by another group that we had bed bugs. Todd/Delsea was scheduled to treat my house for $2,000. Prior to treating, he thoroughly inspected all furniture and fabrics in the house again and advised that we did not have bed bugs, despite our readiness to pay him $2,000 to treat the house. Most others would have said we are safer getting the treatment (knowing we don't need it) or making up a sighting of a bug carcass or the like, but Todd/Delsea was honest. It was so deeply appreciated. I cannot recommend them enough. I will be using Todd/Delsea for all my pest control needs moving forward and will be urging everyone I know to do the same. Five stars!

We called to have an insect activity inspected, and a gentleman named Mark came by. It was found to be a carpenter bee, not a termite, to our relief. Mark explained in detail how to treat it and said it's a job that can be done by the owner if you're handy. I appreciate his honest recommendation and coming over for the inspection. I'd definitely called them again for a service if something else comes up in the future.

Excellent service. I bought a year contract, and have assurance that if I need them at any time, in between the regular scheduled visits, that they will come back. I feel relief and will be renewing my contract . Definitely recommend this company.

Call was placed to company on a Thursday. Tech showed up on Monday. Performed free inspection. Recommended course of action. Sprayed around house and placed bait traps. Problem slowed to a stop within a few weeks. Tech was knowledgeable and thorough.

I paid $460 for a one year contract. They will come out here regularly for a year. Based on what I got, I was pleased with the price. I am not a real good shop a rounder. I don't know how they compare with other people. I chose them because of their rating on Angie's List. They had excellent ratings and that means something to me. They're estimate and their inspection was free and I could of chosen a one time service or I could of contracted for a year and I chose the year. I think the price was reasonable but to compare with somebody else, I don't know. I will be using them again for a year. Just one gentlemen came out to do the service. I think here was here for at least an hour.

Very happy with service. Company is professional and responsive. After initial visit, We had yellow jackets entering our house near bay window. They sent a technician right away and resolved issue. The Tech who comes quarterly is very personable, respectful of my family and home. Office staff are polite and helpful. Great company!

Delsea came out the day after I called, and after the first treatment you could see the influx of bugs had stopped! Sure we still have one or two stragglers come in occasionally but Delsea is always willing to come out in between services if there is an issue.

1. Todd (the co-owner) was amazing! He first talked me through what to do immediately and relieved my mind. Then he sent an employee with a specially trained dog who sniffed through our entire house including the attic to ensure that our house was not infected with the bedbugs we'd been bitten with in a hotel. 2. Again Todd sent an experienced technician who checked the possible entry for the mice and then placed special traps in multiple places throughout our kitchen, the attic, and outside. The disgusting critters were gone! When I called they came a day later. we received excellent service! I could not recommend this company HIGHLY enough!!! They are OUTSTANDING...responsive, polite, skilled, and professional.

I have been using them for many years now and have been completely satisfied.  They always come at the time which is set up at the beginning of the year.  I also usually get an email or phone call the night before from the technician assigned to me to remind me when they are coming.  If a problem comes up with the assigned time, they contact me to make other arrangements.  

I am a widow and not always comfortable with strangers coming into my home.  However, with Delsea I am totally comfortable with the technician who usually comes & also others when he is not available.  They are all friendly & I thoroughly enjoy having a conversation with them as they apply the applications.  I have recommended them to many of my friends and family. 

They are totally reliable and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of their services.

The Delsea technicians are extremely professional, courteous, respectful of us and our property plus generally a nice people to deal with.  Spraying is inside the house, inside the garage, around the house foundation and around the shed.  They also sprayed our deck where we have a history of bee problems.  They always arrive on time and do their best to have as little impact on us as possible as we got ourselves ready for work.   (We have service scheduled early mornings by our preference)

We've used Delsea's services for many years now.  They have always been responsive to our needs and promptly provide service for unusual situations.  When we've needed to change the dates/time of service they have always been accommodating.  In unusual situations, like a sudden swarming of ants or a bees nest, Delsea has responded quickly and the problems were resolved.  The Delsea staff is extremely knowledgeable and eager to answer questions.  We enjoy their quarterly service program and never have to deal with annoying insect problems.  In our opinion, Delsea is simply the best pest control company and we would strongly recommend their services to everyone.
