I have used Well Done on two separate occasions. First was for removal of two large trees tangled up with my power lines, and second for removal of 4 trees in my back yard plus pruning of the remaining trees.
Both times Ese provided me an estimate within 48 hours of me calling. Both times the pricing was egregiously lower than any other quotes I received, and the service was performed within days of signature at an extremely high level of quality.
I have dealt with 4-5 tree companies in the past. No longer. Well Done is the best for speediness, quality and the price. I will be using Ese as long as he stays in the business and would (and have) recommend him to anybody.

They are busy and sometimes it takes a few calls to get an appointment, but they are definitely worth the wait.

I got an estimate from someone for $675. I thought that was high, so I looked elsewhere. I got referred to Well Done from another service that didn't do grinding. Well Done sent someone out the next business day and came back with an estimate of $214. I thought I misheard it. They emailed the estimate, I signed it and sent it back. The stump was ground out the next morning. They did a great job at much less than I expected it to be and did it very quickly. Great communication on every level as well. I just paid to join Angie's List in order to give them a good review - that's how happy I am!

The initial work was a lot less than all the other work. They came with the correct equipment and cleaned up after themselves. They were inexpensive, adding to the project. I felt like I wasn't taken over the coals. I've recommended them many times.

We would definitely use them again. They cleaned up well. They showed up when they were supposed to show up. I never had any problems with them. He had a couple of workers with him and they were fine too. They quickly got down to business and completed it.
