Showed up quickly on a Sunday. Cleared roots out of the waste water line that had caused backup. 2nd time customer. Will definitely reach out next time I need a plumber.

It went very well. I would hire them back for anything else I may need done! They were so much better than the last plumber that worked on the same kitchen sink and didn't fix it right!

This was late afternoon on Sunday - within 40 minutes of my call, Jim Jr was at the door. He was very professional, got to work right away, responded in detail to all my questions and fixed the issue very quickly. In addition, he had to disassemble hot water heater burner to clean out water that got into it, cleaned it and restarted the boiler.

All seemed to go very well and all is still working we'll weeks later. No complaints.

Jim showed up within about an hour. He was there for a few hours, addressed everything I asked for without trying to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. His price was very reasonable and I was really happy with the end result. Would definitely hire again.

My basement drains had become clogged and were backing up into the house. Toilet paper was coming out from one of the floor drains - not good. 
Jim Sr. & Jr. arrived within an hour of my call during the LABOR DAY holiday. They ID'ed the issue and ran 2 snakes, a short snake from the basement sink drain stack and an 80' long snake down the main sewer line.
The problem was fixed within an hour of their arrival. They are highly professional and I was able to get back to my day in record time. Pricing was also fair and worth every penny for the response, service, and work done.  
I will definitely work with their company in the future and recommend them without reservation to others.

Father and son arrived well within the expected time and were super friendly and professional. They quickly assessed the issue and course of action, and in a very short time took care of a deep and 'aged' clog. Once the initial issue was resolved, a drip was noticed in the basement in a related pipe.  They replaced and improved this pipe in as quick a fashion!  They were personable, very, very neat and especially tolerant of our 3 little 'supervisors' ( dogs!) who were, at times under foot. This was an exceptional experience that will land the Stafford family in our rolodex for any future plumbing or heating needs!  We consider ourselves lucky to have found them on Angie's list.

Dan was pleasant and accommodating and I will call him again when needed.

Speed all in one day, workmanship good, pointed out old toilet had been installed incorrectly!

He's a very good plumber. My experience with him was very good. They were very nice people and I had no problem with them. They were fair in their price. I like the fact that he was here, I can call him and he'll be here in a day and if it's an emergency, he's here in a half hour and the people working with him are very knowledgeable. They are really good overall.

The faucet was loose when they left. Had to run out to get them to come back and tighten faucet and it makes a squealing noise like air is getting in. Was not happy with price and performance of job. I have used Stafford for the past 11 years but after this job performance I am reluctant to call again. I even wrote a letter when I sent payment but never got a response.

He came on time and had reasonable pricing. He did an excellent job.
