I was very disappointed with their service. Considering their fee of $250, I was a disappointed that the inspector was there for no more than 20 minutes. Plus they tacked on taxes (making the total cost $267), which was a first from inspectors that I've hired. As the tank inspector was about to run off the property, I caught him and asked how the inspection went, to which he confirmed there was no oil tank or evidence of previous oil tank in the basement, and no metal detected in the yard. Later, when our home inspector was in the basement he noticed a clear 2" diameter hole bored through the wall, all the way to visible daylight, that he suspected may likely have been from a previous oil tank line. Not making any assumptions as to whether the home inspector was correct, I email my contact at Tank Solutions to inquire as to whether the tank inspector might have seen this hole and had any idea what it was. In 10 days time and counting they haven't had the courtesy to respond. If they do I'll be sure to update this review, but its doubtful I'll ever be recommending this company to anyone.
Description of Work: I hired "Tank Solutions - T. Slack Environmental" to do a tank inspection / sweep of a home.
