Pinnacle started on the family room and bathroom. Steve told me it would take three to four days to complete the job.  He primarily worked in the bathroom. They frequently arrived late or not at all.  When Steve was present he was always on the phone.  The upstairs bathroom has grout everywhere.  They have left the bathroom as a mess.  The sink is not connected and leaking.  I was told there was a half a day left and that was over a week ago.  He has not returned my call.  He was supposed to come on Saturday and is non responsive to call and texts.  He has taking all his equipment and appears that he is not coming back.
