We were out of town when a hot water pipe froze and burst destroying all the wood floors on our main level; a large LR, DR, kitchen and bath. Our contractor suggested Frank. He was courteous and professional at all times, as was his installer. Since our house is over 70 years old, we wanted our new floors to match the existing wood finish. The new red oak floors were installed perfectly and look as if they were always there.
Frank was receptive when we decided to go with a different finish than originally planned (Bona Traffic HD) and he applied it perfectly. Our floors look beautiful and were ready in time for our party which was planned months before our water damage.
.I would definitely use Frank in the future, but hopefully these floors will last another 70 years

Had some floor boards that were wet. Frank did not emphasize that if we do not change the boards, the finish would not take. Well, that's exactly what happenned. He did come back and tried to fix the area, but he used the wrong stain and finish to do it. He came back two more times, and the area looked worse than before. When I complained he said and quot;Put a rug over itand quot; I could not believe that response. He then offered to replace the boards and refinish the floor again for $500. We ttried to fix it ourselves, but when we couldn't, we called Frank to come back and do what he said for the $500. He ignored my phone calls. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!
