Tenants at our rental property informed us the furnace had stopped working. We called the gas company and Cranford Gas Light & Heating was referred. Wayne showed up that very day, assessed the situation, provided a quote and, upon approval, immediately began removal of the bad furnace. He returned the following day to install the new furnace and update all related accessories. Everything was executed very professionally and we were very happy with the results. Our only issue was with the price of the whole thing. I think it is on the "high" side, but I accept that this was an "emergency" situation. Now, that may be my "perception", but it is what it is - that's why I graded it "Fair". But, again, the work was done on time and very professionally. We recommend their services!
