 + -1 moreDuring initial contact, Nick was very courteous and professional. He took measurements of the area where work was to be done. He gave a general outline of what was expected in the scope of work. It probably took an hour for him to take measurements. Outside of the initial contact, I called several times afterwards to follow up to get an estimate, and it was like pulling teeth to get it. I repeatedly was told by another gentleman that he would call me back. In the end, I never heard from them and was never able to get the estimate I needed. I will not contact this provider again for future inquiries.
Description of Work: He took measurements and other details for a written estimate. He gave a general outline of the work he expected to be done. A follow up was expected with detailed estimate of work.

 + -1 moreThe install went fine but to date I do not have permits on the job completed and I do not know if the installation is even up to code. The Owner, Nick Jacobs, has been unresponsive to over one full year of requests to get this job done....much less "done right". He still holds a check of mine made out to the town for permits...and will not return emails or phone calls to return it. I have received every excuse in the book and do not trust him as a business owner or operator. I would not use this company ever again even if they are cheaper. Too much risk and liability associated with an untrustworthy business.

Description of Work: The owner nick of ADR contracting services was very professional from the start.. What first caught my attention was how particular and neat he was from start to finish. Nick was referred to me by a law enforcement co-worker so I knew right away he was very trust worthy, professional, and well skilled in his profession. The services I had performed was a complete 2 zone hvac air/furnance system installation. Nick took the time to explain all my options and was more concerned about what I wanted as the home owner. The install was quick and performed without negative incidents. I had a handfull of estimates including known ac contractors such as AJ perri and absolute and they all were extremely over priced and just in it to make the sale. I also had estimates from local a/c contractors who again were over priced and could care less about my needs as a home owner. I was so impressed on how smooth the job went plus the professionalism displayed by nick that I recommended him to my friend who was in limbo in installing an hvac system because every a/c contractor he contacted were not within his budget and most of them were rude and condescending when trying to sell there services! So needless to say nick also impressed my friend and was thrilled with the service he received.
