I have been using their services for a couple of years. Their price is always good. He brings to the job the rare quality of pride and is concieous. I had a medium stain (not visible in the dim light when the job was originally done) in my rental. Louis returned after doing the job and used sophisticated tractics. The result being that the stain was gone. Happily prevented the necessity of replacing carpet. No charge for extra care.
