The men responded promptly to my husband's call and set a date to install the shower doors, which we had ordered from an out of state company and which had already been delivered. They came promptly - in fact, they adjusted their work schedule to accommodate a doctor's appointment which my husband had to keep. They followed the manufacturer's directions for the installation procedure, made the minor adjustments to the doors which were needed, and installed them perfectly. They worked carefully and efficiently and removed all debris when the job was completed. Payment to this company must be made by check; they do not accept credit cards. We were very pleased, and highly recommend them. We would definitely hire them again.

JCP did a great job on a difficult installation. They delivered on schedule and had to move the glass through an almost impossible space to even reach the bathroom to complete the job. The job turned out great, I would recommend them.

The company produced the glass top in a fairly short time and delivery was part of the price for the service. The first glass top had an imperfection and was taken back without any issues. A second one was produced and delivered quickly. The top was made according to the specifications and was of good quality. Communication was good and professional throughout the whole process.

Pedro is awesome.  He installed custom glass for our 2 showers.  He talked us into using the 3/8" glass instead of 1/2" and glad we did.  He's very responsive, extremely nice, fair priced and superb quality.  We are so happy with his work and would definitely recommend him to others.

Found them through Angie's list and couldn't have had a better experience. Pedro and Luis showed up within 24h from my initial call and gave me a very competitive estimate on the spot (I still can't understand why people replace good patio doors when they can replace only the glasses for a fraction of the price!). Glasses were order and arrived in the promised time frame. Installation and replacements took just a few hours. Pedro and Luis were always punctual, easy to communicate with, professional, friendly, extremely clean and went above and beyond what I had expected by doing small things outside the scope of the job like caulking cracks on the windows etc. I would definitely recommend them and will go back to them for all my glass needs.

Pedro arrived when scheduled. Gave us estimate on glass replacement. He said it would take two weeks for the glass replacements to be made. Two weeks passed and he called to setup an installation appointment. He arrived with a helper. In an hours time he had the glass replaced in the tops of four different window. He is very professional, careful, and neat. The windows he repaired look as good as when they came out of the factory. I would definitely use Pedro again.

After 13 years I finally decided to replace all cracked windows in my house. I connected with Pedro through Angie's list. He came over 2 days later to give me an estimate. I had gotten 2 other estimates from providers that were not on Angie's list. I was really surprised with how careful he was with his measurements. Next day, I got a call with an estimate. He was right in the middle in terms of price. I had a really good feeling after reading the reviews and meeting with him that he was the right contractor. The other 2 contractors didn't care about the size of the window grids. I knew it was discontinued as I called the company who bought the old manufacturer. They told me they were not able to help as that size was discontinued. When Pedro came over, he immediately pointed that out and told me he would do his best to find the right size. He even offered me as a last resource to install temporary glasses and use my own grids to make the new windows. I really felt he wanted to solve my problem. It end up that Pedro was able to find the same size grids. I had 8 windows replaced, absolutely no mess. Pedro and his helper Luiz are extremely careful and clean. My windows look beautiful now. Thank to Angie's list for connecting me with this contractor. His number is saved on my cellular phone and I definitively recommend his work.

They ordered the glass and called to set up an appointment to install it. When they were running late on a previous job, they called and re-sceduled for the following day.

Could not speak highly enough of Pedro.  The job took longer than I thought ( my fault because a family illness

took me out of the country in the middle of the job).  Pedro took it in stride and finished up on our return in a most professional

way.  We also had a problem with the tiles in the shower that needed to be removed and reinstalled because of rot behind the

walls. Pedro recommended a company he works with and Paul from Hebron Contracting in Linden fixed it reasonably, efficiently

and with great expertise. Would I use them again? In a heartbeat.

We took estimates from 5 custom glass companies before choosing JCP Glass Works.  Their quote was not only reasonable but Pedro was extremely responsive.  I explained that we were pressed for time to get our showers done and Pedro came to our home the next day to give us quotes.  JCP was the only company that was willing to come out and give a rough quote before the tiling was done, this was super helpful for us in deciding who to go with since we had an idea of what the cost would be plus/minus $300.  Other companies gave us quotes via email based on our own measurements but that didn't include type of glass, type of cut, number of pieces required, etc.  Pedro was also very helpful in guiding us to make decisions regarding what type of glass to get and what designs would be best for our bathrooms.  He was back to do our measurements the same day that our tiling was completed.  He and his brother came back to install within 5 days of the measurements being taken.  The glass doors on all of the showers turned out BEAUTIFUL!  Even our general contractor mentioned that it was really good quality glass and installation.  Pedro and his brother were very professional and trustworthy, we felt comfortable having them work in our home.  Payments were broken down by 50% deposit at time of measurement and 50% the day of installation.  They do all types of custom glass and mirrors, we are considering using them again when we decide to do new mirrored closet doors and frameless bathroom mirrors.  We highly recommend JCP Glass Works for any glass or mirror jobs, they are worth every penny for the quality of work and professionalism they provide.

Pedro and his brother are friendly, responsive, and highly professional.  They took on this job and gave me a really great price quote (another place I called to didn't even call me back after they realized this was a small job).  The work quality was great; part of the job required a minor adjustment and a follow-up visit and they came to my house the 2nd time, as scheduled, and adjusted the mirrors.  Would highly recommend them to anyone.

First installation was an enclosure with 2 sides. They measured the shower sills that they were to install the glass on many times to try to center the glass the best possible way possible. They really did a good job making up for my crooked walls. The second shower was to small so they recommended buying a new smaller glass panel which helped solve the problem and make a great job well done.

He returned our call promptly and provided a very reasonable estimate. Measurements were done quickly and within 2 weeks replacement window was installed. Very professional. Replacement window was installed quickly and all traces of any remaining broken glass removed before leaving. Very satisfied with the work and the end results. Would definitely use again or recommend to others.

The provider was punctual and professional. They replaced the plastic strips at the bottom of the shower doors, and fine-tuned the hinges and brackets so that the shower doors seemed as if new.
In one shower, a glass panel was incorrectly sized, and the builder had just pumped in extra silicone to cover the gap. JCP showed us what had been done, and provided a couple of choice as to how to fix it. We went with the more costly but best L-T fix of getting a new panel. JCP ordered the panel, and then came back to install it. They also replaced a couple of worn brackets at nominal cost.
I would highly recommend this provider. They are punctual, very competent, and highly professional. They provide great service at a very reasonable price.
