MICAR Maintenance

i requested a top to bottom cleaning of the house we just purchased.  they did an okay cleaning on the areas that you can "see." they did not clean the top of built-in bookshelves.  i had to asked them and they had to come back to the house to do this.  the washer and dryer was left by the previous owner.  a few months later as i was cleaning underneath the washer/dryer, lots of dust and girls toys/hair pieces came out.  mind you i only have boys!  so they didn't fulfill the top to bottom cleaning.

Arturo Cordova (CEO/Owner) and his team showed up early last week to clean our home, an existing cottage and a barn. The team led by Arturo was very professional, hard working and detailed oriented. On our main home, we just finished remodeling our home and needed a serious cleaning given all of the dust generated by the construction. Arturo's team of 7 to 8 people worked diligently over 3 days to get everything clean for our move on Saturday. MICAR service included all surface, top to bottom, wall-to-wall detailed post construction cleaning. All the woodwork, moldings, fixtures, appliances, cabinets inside and out were cleaned and left and quot;ready to moveand quot; in condition. This also included the attic, basement, utility areas and a 3 car garage. Given the great job they did with us, we are now talking to MICAR about contracting them to clean our home on a weekly basis. Great Job Arturo and MICAR team!

Very well. Workers were efficient, quiet, neat, and did a great job. The provider charges more for its services than other window washers I have used in the past, but I feel it is worth it for a superior, well done job.

The job from start to finish was a easy. After I received the estimate, I wasn't sure what to expect, a new cleaning crew of people in our home is a little scary, but they were very professional and did a great job and now are coming once a month to do a full top to bottom cleaning of the house.
