They were thorough and efficient. Would hire again.

Service started to go down hill about six months ago. Then Ludmilla insisted that I buy a canister vacuum because she broke hers, or several broke as the detailed texts read. I told her i already had vaccume and she continued to insist. I had had enough. Politely canceled service asking to simply part ways. Instead of just going about her business she warned that she had info about my nanny (which she would not share). This never came up until I canceled her service. Just wanted to plant seeds of doubt. Ludmilla and everyone who works with her is extremely professional. They do an excellent job cleaning. If there's something that isn't exactly the way you want it to be and you let Ludmilla know about it, she is very responsive and takes care of it in a timely fashion. Her service is also reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this service.

They can't get it together to recycle plastics and paper from clean trash bins. I've offered gloves. They make excuses. Not a mother daughter operation. Mother out of the picture. Daughter, Ludmilla, rarely shows up other than to pick up the workers. Ludmilla continually argues about recycling, and changes time they will get here every week. Last week blew a fuse and left clocks to be reset, denied anything happened. Bent my lamp. We can do better than this.

It has gone very well. Ludmila is very hands on and her team is very thorough and efficinent in terms of time. We started with an intial deep clean that we thought could have been better but this was better explained by Ludmila as a 2-3 visit process not just the once which was absolutely correct.

Ludmila (and her associate, Rosanna) communicated clearly, were punctual, efficient, and pleasant, and did an exceptionally thorough housecleaning––in fact the best housecleaning I have experienced. They worked independently and quietly and were totally pleasant to have in the house (I was at home working in my bedroom office).They cleaned throughout two stories: master suite plus two more bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, hallways, stairs, and didn't need to be told what to do--they were attentive to details and obviously experienced. I am delighted with the thorough cleaning Ludmila provided and have made an agreement with her for regular housecleaning (in my case, every other week, though she offers weekly and other arrangements and explained fees clearly in advance).

Ludmila and her team were thorough and communicative, start to finish. We recently went thorough three different cleaning services who whizzed through my home but always missed things. Not fun when you have two young kids and parents who work hard! After hiring them, I'm sure we chose the right service. Bathrooms were spotless! She did everything as promised. Thank you!

Ludmilla and her staff were friendly and arrived when stated. They did an amazing job and really had an attention to detail. I plan on hiring them on a regular basis now. 

Ludmila is amazing! She always goes above and beyond and I love to come home after she has been there. On top of doing an amazing job cleaning- she is trustworthy, conscientious, and flexible when we need to change dates. I would recommend her highly!

Ludmila and her crew were fantastic. They came in with their equipment and went right to work. Their cleaning was very detailed and left the house smelling and looking GREAT. We have a big dog, a cat and 2 boys which make it difficult to keep up with the cleanliness and maintenance around the house. Our service is biweekly and with their quality of work that's all we need.

WOW! I've been a member of Angie's list for a little more than a month now. One reason I joined is to discover service providers like Ludmila. Her, and her team, were able to move their schedule around to fit us in at a time that was beast for us. Once they arrived to our house, they got straight to work. They cleaned like the 'Tazmanian Devil' from Looney Tunes. In a friendly, professional blur our house quickly became the cleanest it has ever been, almost too clean. After they left, I was afraid to walk around our house because, I knew I was only going to start making it messy again. My three year old, however, didn't have the same reservations when he came home. He was happy to make a mess.

Ludmila was flexible about times to come out to my home for the estimate.  She answered all my questions at the house and all of my follow-up questions via text messages.  The initial cleaning went very well and we were happy with the outcome.  The follow-up cleaning is scheduled for today and will occur every 2 weeks.  Ludmila brings a vacuum and rags, but we provide the other cleaning supplies (she'll give you a list of ideal supplies).

Ludmila has been cleaning our house biweekly for the last two months and I'm extremely pleased with her service. She and her helpers consistently deep clean every corner of my house to perfection. She is dependable, reliable, and trust worthy. I highly recommend Ludmila cleaning!
