We understand your disappointment with the project process as we share the same feelings when projects do not go as initially planned. The custom windows, which were delayed by the manufacturer and were beyond our control in terms of timing. The ripple effect does make it's impact in this case. During the window wait, we worked on other projects to ensure our business health and growth, and when the windows were ready, we did have to complete the necessary open items on those projects to secure safety before returning to yours. We completely understand that is not ideal for your projects timing and we want to acknowledge your right to be disappointed but want to ensure this was not our ideal outcome either. In addition, while working on the project, we were aware of the necessary tasks that were open and needed to be completed but they had to be sequenced in a way to have a proper outcome. You previously expressed understanding of this situation, and we apologize for any misunderstandings. We want to stress again how much we appreciate your feed back. "We are sorry you feel this way. Decks by Murray does not accept any payments without a signed contract first as was the case with your contract and deposit. Unfortunately, the delay was mostly due to waiting for the demolition company you hired to knock down your garage before we can replace it with the shed. All the work in the contract was completed and approved by you. We hope you would reconsider your rating and review. Some of these comments are untrue and can damage the reputation of our company.
