Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
Overall service very poor and expectation were not managed. I ordered the cabinets on 7/27 in the store. The manager told me 2 weeks but could be 3 weeks. After 2 weeks I called asking for status, they advised still will be delivered by 8/17. Nothing arrived on 8/17 nor did they call me. I called and they told me by 8/23 at the latest. Still nothing was delivered and they didn't call me to let me know. 80% of the cabinets were finally delivered on 9/2 at 10pm at night by one of the store assistants. I called everyday, left messaged. Not once was my called returned. The other 20% of the order was delivered on 10/1. Worst company to deal with ever! They kept on telling me one thing but none of it was true.
