I went in to purchase iPad mini and salesmen ignored me for sometime. Once they understood I was a big ticket customer they were more helpful. They began offering products that they did not have in stock. In my opinion the transaction dragged on much longer than necessary. Thereafter, I had to return to the store on 2 occasions for explanations and fixes for the iPad. The sales force is not particularly Edgar to help customers.

They have good quality and their service is good but they are pricey.

I think they are great. They have great customer service. I like the phone service and the computer service. The only thing I don't have is the cable service from them. Their employees are just superb. I think the price is reasonable. I would use them again in the future.

I think their customer service department could use some help. There are times when there glitches and I find it difficult to contact them or get good help from them. I do like my cell phone and my particular plan includes my DSL fee. I have 2000 minutes per month.

THEY HAVE THE SAYING "WE NEVER STOP WORKING FOR YOU" BUT I THINK THEY SHOULD ALSO ADD "IT'S BECAUSE THEY NEVER FIX THE PROBLEM IN THE FIRST PLACE." WE WERE SUPPOSE TO BE ABLE TO TALK ON THE PHONE WHILE USING THE COMPUTER, BUT WE CAN'T AND THEY WON'T FIX IT. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR SERVICE.
