Initially those were the instructions as stated above However, the day he came to my house I told him I like to add the four trees and my kidney-shaped island to be fabric and add rocks. he said "That would cost you an additional three hundred dollars more " I said okay. A week later I notice weeds protruding from the rocks upon further investigation I move the rocks and saw dirt no fabric! he simply dump rocks. I called him up and explain to him he didn;t put any fabric down he said 'I'm in Virinia and can't talk right now I'll call you next monday"I said okay. Well, the following monday I called him and it went to voice mail. After two day he didn't return my call after he knew him what I wanted from him. In the past we communicated before with phones and text and had no problem. But now he figured if he didn't answer my phone calls or text I would simply go away because he knew he didn't complete the job. My request is for him to do the job I paid for lay fabric down so the weeds don't come through at he convenience hopefully within the next couple of weeks. I'm happy with the rest of the work just paper my Island.

Did a good job on the whole - needed some guidance but did the work well
