We need some one speaking Chinese to do the remodeling in a newly purchased house in New Jersey.
We hired him with skeptics but ended up being highly satisfied. His team performed all of our specified projects as described above and a lot of small projects at our request. He even helped us for the move in because the moving company screwed up. We feel pretty secured when he is around because every time we had a trouble at the newly purchased house, he was there available to fix.
He is hard working, easy going and knowledgable guy with years of experience. We had a little troube in driveway work but it was a mistake on part of concrete mix company. The driveway appears very good when it was finished.
Finally his price is very reasonable. Definitely will hire him again if we decided to convert the garage into an exercise room.
He can speak Chinese only--so highly recommended for Chinese residents doing house remodeling, big or small projects.
