They were not actually plumbers but they were able to install the sump pump. They had a plumber on standby if they needed him. When they actually came in to reinforce the stairwell, I mentioned that my basement was having some flooding problems and they were able to fix that. They are not officially plumbers. They do construction, but as they said after 30 years in the business they learnt to do a lot of things. At first I thought they were going to call in a plumber. They had somebody, but they were able to actually do the work. The stairwell work cost about $400.00. The installation of the sump pump and the drain, the waterproofing, and the cement work in the basement was about $1700.00. I had a leaking valve for the hose so they moved the spigot for $280.00. They also put a door back on for me, but they didn't charge me for that. It was great. I actually plan to use Robert Midgley to have a deck put on.
Description of Work: I had my staircase banisters reinforced by Robert Midgley in January. He also put in a sump pump in the basement for drainage. He has a company. His card lists him as a renovation specialist but he does a bunch of things.
