A number pf my jewelry pieces were stolen over several visits...I wondered where certain things were but I thought I misplaced them. I have a lot of jewelry After a thorough search, I realized the cleaners had taken them.
I left the cleaners alone in my house, as I trusted the service and have used it for years.
WARNING: The service is OK but watch your stuff. After this happened I looked on the internet and saw other people reported stolen money, but I didn't see anything to this extent.
Of course I let the manager know, but I've realized after a couple of contacts he is just placating me. I will make a police report, but I have absolutely no hope of anything being returned.
To top it all Im a great tipper! At least30 to 40 dollars...I feel like a total sucker!

"We are sincerely sorry that a long term customer had to have this experience. We strive to prevent any potential for theft and fraud, and to that end, we not only track which cleaners go to which locations, we also have supervisors bring each cleaning team to the cleaning site with no personal bags and limited personal items. Additionally, we take any and all allegations of employee misconduct seriously. While we fully cooperate with any investigating police agency, I am sorry that we cannot let you conduct your own private lineup or interview sessions as you have requested. We have reviewed our records and there appears to be no pattern leading to a single staff member or members as various teams have cleaned for you over the years since you first noticed missing items. The long duration and multiple cleanings that occurred between the time you noticed the first missing items to the time it was first reported to us does present a problem in trying to fully investigate what exactly occurred and when. Once again we sincerely apologize that items of yours are missing, stolen, or misplaced, and have and will continue to fully cooperate with any official investigation."

I've never used a cleaning service before so I was apprehensive, but Regina's Maids have been wonderful! There is a discount if used every 30-45 days. The 2 people they sent were punctual, efficient and delightful. I'm very pleased with them and have used them 3 times so far.

Not much attention to detail. Very "industrial", robotic. They were late and could not really understand instructions...

We are not the best housekeepers and I have often called this company to help with my non- regularly scheduled cleaning [mom's coming to town this weekend; we are having a party; etc]. The first several times were fine. then appointments would be made and no one would show up. I would call and say, "You are half an hour late, where are you?" The response would be "You are not on the schedule" or "We booked crews based on a print out 2 days ago amd did not know you were added" or some other totally unhelpful reply, coupled with some version of "Sorry, we have already sent everyone home for the day you are out of luck, how about next week sometime?"

They started out okay but got progressively worse. Each time they came I had to call the office because of work that was done improperly. My hardwood floors were never properly cleaned and were covered w/ a film. I finally cancelled the service but they showed up anyway, charged me for cleaning an apartment that had already been cleaned by another service and I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and with my credit card company. To add insult to injury, they refused to return my house keys and I had to get the locks changed. This company is a nightmare to deal with and I would never, ever use them again.

I was a first time customer and they were supposed to show up "around 1 pm". I called at 1:45 to see where they were and was told they are running late and won't be there until 2:30-3pm. The blinds were not dusted, the window sills were not wiped down, the bathroom shelves were not cleaned and I needed to vacuum when I returned home. They did a good job with the fridge, stove, microwave, and shower. One hundred seventy five dollars seems to be A LOT to pay for cleaning, but I was willing pay as long as the job was well done. It was not a job well done. I called and asked to speak to a manager (after being left on hold for 10 min and leaving 2 messages with their message service) who agreed to reimburse me 40%. I hope the reimbursement comes through otherwise I will dispute the charge with my credit card company.

THEY CAME ON TIME AND DID A GOOD JOB CLEANING EVERYTHING. THERE WAS MORE THAN ONE PERSON AND THEY ALL BROUGHT THEIR OWN CLEANING SUPPLIES. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHER PEOPLE.

I THOUGHT THEY WERE TERRIBLY EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT WORK THEY DID. THEY CHARGE BY THE HOUR, AND IT TOOK THEM LONGER THAN NEEDED TO DO THE JOB. THEY HAVE MAIDS THAT DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH AND THEY DIDN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT I WANTED DONE. SO WHAT I WANTED DONE, DIDN'T GET DONE.
