Ray was prompt and did an excellent job! We were happy with his services.

The service was done with care and on time. I appreciated Ray's attention to detail with this special piece.

Ray fixed the chair on time, sent updates along the way. He also discovered an imbalance in the frame, which he fixed to prevent future damage. He was very accommodating in the drop-off/pick-up of the furniture. Overall, great experience, would/will use him again.

I highly recommend Ray! He was extremely communicative about what needed to be done to repair our front door. He even gave us three different cost options. We were prepared to go the most expensive route and Ray felt the least expensive option was the way to go. He is courteous, punctual and very fair....His work is impeccable. We now have what looks like a Brand New Front Door! He even fixed my and quot;stickyand quot; door hardware!

Ray came to my house to see the table right after I called him. He was very friendly, and we had a long discussion about what to do with the table -- what kind of wood it was made of, whether to stain it, what kind of coating to use so that we could clean it easily, since we use it in the kitchen. He also told us how to clean it, what we could put on it and not put on it, etc.
He ended up picking up the table and delivering it at the end (as well as helping me put the legs back on). He was very flexible about whether he would pick it up or whether I would bring it to his shop, and he was also easy to reach by phone, with minimal phone tag. Ray takes great pride in doing a good job -- part of the reason he delivered it was so that it wouldn't bump into anything after it was already looking so great.
I went to the shop in the middle of the process to see it before the coating -- it was totally gorgeous even then! The shop is in a large airy loft in an old industrial building. The work was done in less than 2 weeks.
The finished table is beautiful! The grain of the wood is striking, and Ray was right about not staining it. The finish is very smooth, and easy to wipe off. We are enjoying using it!

Ray reattached a broken leg of a very delicate piece, now secured exceptionally well. Disassembled a breakfront,
restored, assembled, and completed missing pieces with a beautiful finish. Beautifully repaired a secretary that was carelessly handled by movers (recreated broken corners, filled dents, and rejuvenated polish and hardware).
Mr. Haddad’s meticulous approach to refurbishing cabinetry brings a renewed breath of life to each piece on which
he works.

Our door is made of heavy tique wood with Glass inlay and metal decor, our door was faded from the sun and leaking air and water was penetrating the door. I was recommended by a master carpenter to try Rays restoration before replacing my door and I'm happy I did.
Ray ( owner) of Rays restoration was always on time and polite to speak to his knowledge of the different types of wood and paint that would blend with my home.
Ray removed our door and set temporary door. Ray refinish our door to perfection he refinished the frame to perfection.
When Ray rehung our door he set up the swing to flow evenly and correctly with out any gaps or banging.
Our neighbors love our new door so much that they used our new entry way for there daughter sweet sixteen foto shoot.
We are very happy with Rays work he also repaired a 1939 vanity for me and I was able to sell it and made a good profit on it.
I give Rays restoration a big thumbs up on his work and grantee.
When you call Rays Retoration you don't get Some guy answering the phone you get Ray professional personal service trust me if you want great work call Ray.

Ray was very careful and took lots of time with each project. He visited our home before each part of the project was begun, and went over exactly what needed to be done and how he would do it. Except for the doors and floors, Ray took the items to his workshop in New Jersey. He sent me photos of the work in progress as it was being done.
