+ -1 moreNot a professional organization--top down. Very poor and inaccurate communication at best. Did get the feeling they were working for the buyer instead of me the seller who was paying their fee. As a post script I have worked with other Century 21 locations with very good results. This JC franchise is to be avoided.
Description of Work: Real estate sales agent used to sell my home in Jersey City NJ. This should have been a no brainer as I priced the home below market. Having bought and sold property since 1984 in a multitude of markets. My fault as I listened to a professional who gave me a good reference but which I later found was not true.
