Vincent was not only on time and very professional, he did an awesome job troubleshooting/fixing 3 outlets on a wall that were not working. He had to fix the connections but the wires were too short in the box. He moved 2 of the boxes down so the wires could be handled and connected correctly and easily. He also checked the other outlets in the area and mentioned that one of them was not working. I will definitely call him back to fix that one outlet and any other electrical issues I have in my home.

Vincent did a great job! He cut out a new outlet because the original one was was not in good shape. He checked the other outlets and realized another one needed replacing. He explained why the outlet burned out and did a beautiful job installing the new outlet and covering the old one. He cleaned everything up and is very organized and neat!!! He also talked to us about electrical heaters and how and why not to overload the outlets! I would absolutely recommend him & I plan to call him soon for switching out some light fixtures. I wish I had found him sooner!!

It went well. Vincent initially hesitated as it was a boiler related job but when I told him the transformer blew, he accepted and I am very happy with the job. I will definitely use Vincent again for work.

We are very pleased with the work that was done on our 2 fans. The new living room fan has been working flawlessly since its installation (we still have to paint ceiling above it). As far as the existing "problem" fan in our kitchen goes, it is also working great now. We especially liked that they called the fan manufacturer, on our behalf, and were able to determine that the issue was with the LED bulb and not our electrical/wiring. That's going over and above it when it comes to service!

Being I used Vince 2 months before and provided excellent job, there was no need to look any further! I gave he a call, told him what and when I needed to be done. He explained to me both jobs needed to be brought up to code! The outlet in backyard needed a new gfi with dome cover and stove needs to go from hard wired to an outlet! Again set a time to perform services, showed up on time. Performed 100% professional again, with all the right materials for the jobs ! THANKS Vince !

Vince was excellent, came to my house. Checked out the job, told me what needed to be done. Wrote up a agreement. Showed up on time, with all the right staff for the job! Knew exactly what to do, performed an excellent job 5 STAR ! When the job was done, he cleaned up, and made sure both baseboard's were working properly.

It went very well. Vincent is a pleasure to work with. He is very professional, prompt, knowledgeable, caring and honest. He has all the qualities that a person would want in someone who comes to do work in your home . He is a perfectionist when it comes to his work. As far as I am concerned he is my go to electrician. I am planning to update my basement and of course I plan on hiring Phoenix once again for that project.

Work went very smoothly and as planned. I was required to file the work permit and arrange for the electrical inspection, but that was easy enough. I also had to patch the walls where the work was done. Having to do these parts of the job myself were more than offset by the very reasonable cost. There was great attention to detail that is clear when you look at the wiring inside the panels; very organized and tidy; the inspector was impressed.

The electrician put up the fans in two rooms that didn't have any light besides floor lamps. So he got power into the ceiling without making a mess or looking sloppy. Everything is neat inside the ceiling and works great.
