Improperly replaced the pool liner, and they lied about the pool being very old and they broke the plastic top caps because they use power tools and they ignored when I called and texted them, very rude and unprofessional, don?t use them

Pharaoh pools was hired to replace my above ground pool liner and they showed up late, they improperly installed my pool liner, now I have wrinkles on the sides, they never pulled the liner tight , they told me they would come back to fix it 2 different times and never showed up, they broke my top caps and they left a mess and now ignore my calls , truly unprofessional and rude, don?t let them work on your pool, big mistake hiring them

terrible experience!! do not use them. never show up, makes appts. to fix shady work of leaking water after installing liner, did not screw on caps, nasty responses, 2 weeks of everyday their coming, than doesn?t answer, after they were paid in full.No wonder they don?t take credit cards, because than you can?t dispute their work.Hassled me to zell 2nd payment when work was being installed&insisted i close the pool before filling it ip passed skimmer. Of course the leak occured by the skimmer where they made me purchase a new gasket& all the water poured out of pool.The fix was never resolved, because they lie&never show up!!STAY AWAY from them.

I paid Pharaoh pool service Wednesday 13th ,they claimed to accept credit then charged $9500 for the job ,after sending half agreement payments of $4500.we were told the next day they'd be here to start, this is where our troubles began,I had othere companies who gave me selected dates, I hired this company because they said they'd get it done in 3 days after payment. This did not happen noone showed up here until after saying day after day they're,coming tomorrow, Sunday to only level yard nothing else.Then nothing until the Wednesday to start pool because we asked for full refund by then we knew they were not dependable. So they showed up hussled job basically we kept saying it does not look level even with the simple eyes. They replied we're using laser level it will be fixed after blocks and sand of course that did not happen .now pool after almost 2 weeks late was finally done ,after paying them full $9500 with added $450 for electrical so now we paid $9950 altogether cash.we paid out then proceeded to fill pool ,we were told safety ladder and winter cover will be dropped off the next day,until now we never received either, our pool is uneven by alot it shows ,the heater isn't connected and the pump is leaking several spots.1 guy came 2 days after our complaints said its not bad ,he tried fixing plumbing to no avail. And left with a promise to send someone to fix of course that never happened to this day.

They did a great job and also returned to fix a leak. They were professional and very hard workers. Also pleasant to work with.

Pharaoh pools came and installed my plumbing pipes for my return and suction line. they did amazing, no leaks and did the concrete after perfectly, they are very professional and great on emergency calls
