+ -1 moreTHE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. HE TOLD ME THAT THE REMOTE WOULD HAVE TO BE SENT OUT TO THEIR REPAIR CENTER IN LONG ISLAND AND IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT 8 TO 10 DAYS. THE REMOTE WAS FIXED AND READY ON TIME. IT WORKS BEAUTIFULLY.
Description of Work: MY MITSUBISHI TV PROJECTION SCREEN REMOTE CONTROL WOULD NOT CHANGE THE CHANNELS.
