 + -1 moreAfter finishing the plans, Mr. Jarosiewicz continued to meet with us and prospective builders to advocate for us. When we settled on a builder, he met with them to finalize the drawings, discussed budgets and alternative approaches. He continues to meet with us and the builders and has expertly negotiated the building dept, answering their questions calmly and logically when we ran into unexpected problems.
Description of Work: We are still in the middle of renovation and so we do not have the total bill yet. We hired Mr. Jarosiewicz based on his reputation as an expert in renovation architecture in NYC. Fortunately, he has decided to extend his work to New Jersey and is licensed here as well. He provided detailed plans of the renovation we were planning, after spending time with us to find out what we really wanted in a house. He was able to translate that into a drawing that also took into account our budget, and the limitations of the house (it's a row home) and still managed to put in the features we most desired.
