Excellent job removing furniture and garbage from the apartment of a deceased parent. They were so fast. Very clean and professional. A pleasure to work with.

The reason I did not rate 4 stars on customer service is they had to change the appointment on me 2 times. However, when they did arrive the crew was courteous and professional. It was a 4 person crew that really engaged with me and ensures that they verified the items which were required to go. They even moved the items staying so they could sweep up.

I live on 3rd floor of a 4 story walk-up. Daniel stayed in contact day of removal, letting me know when exactly they'd arrive. The men were very friendly from the start. I had seven items (2 recliners, 2 ottomans, office cabinet and mattress and box spring) and they were done in about 20 minutes! I highly recommend them. The price is great with no hidden fees! Daniel and his team are awesome!! Thanks guys!

The only thing I didn't like was that after I sent the picture of the garage and I agreed on the price, when they got house to do the job, he tried to charge me more.

Daniel and team came on time and left the garage nice and clean. Daniel's communication through the project was top notch.

The crew was professional. They had to come up a flight of stairs and take away all requested items without tearing up walls. Great Job.
