+ -1 moreThe technician was good and got me into my apt. but he also chipped the wood on the door which is a nice wooden decortive door.
Description of Work: gave me a completely wrong estimate of $70 over the phone even though I asked him several times about the price. once technician was there he told me he couldn't do job unless i gave him $260. By this time it was late in the day and I needed access to my apt. and he sensed this. I was locked out of my apt. without a phone.. He sensed my angst and "worked it" to jack up the price to a stupid amount. The job took him 15 min. and he charged me $260, even after I spent alot of time on the phone before he came out going over the price.They are a total scam company that takes advantage of people in dire situations BEWARE!.DO NOT USE THEM!
