Solomon installed 3 interior doors. Verrrrry tricky to do in an old 1920s apartment! The openings of each doorways were slightly narrower and not entirely 90 deg angles. But he cut the doors precisely and left enough space for wood to expand in the hot temperatures. He is verrrry meticulous. I also want to share this as well as I had dealt with really bad contractors in my past, so Solomon is really a star! I live in a very 520 sqft apartment so he plastic sheeted my hallway to prevent the dust from settling everywhere. Also he laid down a blanket to protect my original wood floors. After finishing the work, he broomed off the wood chips. He finished everything within 2.5 hours, from start to cleanup. He really respected my home. Thank you Solomon. I will definitely be calling you for future projects 100%.

Soloman did a fantastic job. There was water damage in my ceiling and wall from a leak. Soloman scraped, plastered and painted all areas with water damage. In addition, Soloman plastered all areas in the house that had dents and damage and painted all the walls. Soloman gave me the lowest quote by far. He was very kind and easy to work with. Would definitely hire him and again and would recommend to others.

Finished dry wall very promptly and painted the whole wall (large area). Very diligent and have hired this company again after for other jobs.

They replaced the glass in our front door for less than a big name glass company and did a great job.

Had a 4x4 ft area of my ceiling that needed drywall repair + spackling/painting after a plumbing mishap. Overall had a very dedicated contractor come to fix. The only note i would make is that its not a PERFECT job (i can still see in the area that work had been done in that area, but for the value/$ paid, the job was more than worth it. Especially since the contractor actually came back the next day for FREE to fix up a couple of things. Really enjoyed working with JSS, would recommend.

Garbage was not removed,painting not done, and durng the job damaged somes surrounding tiles on the floor.

the problems I later found are too many to list would not recommend them on any door install a have to have another contractor in too fix all the f-up`s I might have to have to doors removed and reinstalled

Soliman always does a great job

We were very excited that he was willing to do our laminate countertop replacement and responded quickly. It was a complicated job because of the angles. One piece had to be redone and he was good about doing that and the countertop looks pretty good. However, they cracked one of my cabinet panels and repaired it by putting a sheetrock screw in the wood, clearly visible on the outside. Very unprofessional and we tried numerous times to get him to come back and fix it. No response. He also scratched the countertop with the sink installation and then ended up breaking the water supply valves when he tried to intall the faucet so we ended up having to hire a plumber to replace them. So, maybe a good door installer but I would not use him for a countertop/sink installation.

Overall decent work, but rushed through the job to finish in 1 day. Leaving it still requiring some work (sanding and priming) and a fair amount of clean up.

The contractor did a great job replacing our hatch to the basement. It was not a standard hatch therefore the job was quite challenging. Well done and I can just recommend Soliman Construction.
