 + -1 moreDue to our crazy hectic lives we forgot our sister's birthday. I felt really bad and wanted to order my sister some flowers to make her day. I didn't want to use 1-800 flowers or any of those online flower places because I've had bad experiences with them. I like local florists so I did a search for a florist near my sister's job. Found Joseph's, called and spoke with Linda. She was super sweet and very helpful.
Description of Work: Create a beautiful bouquet for my sister's birthday.

 + -1 moreIt was convenient. He was professional. He took the time on the phone with me. I was not exactly sure what I wanted but I had some ideas based on some website pictures and he looked up at the same page and described what he did have available and what he could do. I wanted some kind of a stuffed animal and some type of balloons also and he took care of everything. That saved me a lot of time and energy.
Description of Work: I used Joseph's Florist at the Plaza last March. The guy took care of me over the phone. I described what I needed. He looked up on the webpage on what I was talking about and told me what he had and what he did not have or something that he did not have and what could be done. He delivered the stuff on time. He did everything what I needed to do without me doing it.
