I hired J.Andrade about a year ago to remedy a botched roof job from another contractor. J.Andrade was punctual and professional. He went to the roof and took pictures to show me what the problem was and what needed to be done. The price he quoted seemed reasonable. When he completed the job, and he took pictures to show what he did. J.Andrade explained everything to me in a manner that I would understand. I did not have any more problems with the roof.

Juan is great. Very responsive and great follow through. I had several annoying questions after he finished the job and he was patient with me and explained everything. I would definitely recommend him and use him again.

Juan showed up at exactly the time that he said that he would,explained the problem and fixed it,even going as far as to fix a few tiles that I hadn't realized that were loose. He called after a rainstorm to check up on the repair. I would absolutely hire him again the next time i need roofing work.

Quick responding who did excellent work at competitive price; quiet workers who did careful clean up.

I would not recommend this contractor at all; it appeared he did not have the knowledge to complete this project and felt he knew more than the inspector. After the inspector spoke with the contractor he did comply and correct the issues satisfactorily.

Juan did an awesome job!! He had great prices too! I highly recommend Juan for your next roofing project!

Excellent work

I hired them to repair my metal roof. Juan did an excellent job. He correctly identified a problem, took a picture of a problem area while on a roof and showed it to me. He took care of a problem same day. He is a real pro, knows what he is doing. I would highly recommend him.

I gave 4.5 for work because waiting for heavy rain to see the results. Juan did excellent job. It was small two day job but he came on weekend to get it started, stayed late to complete the job. He was very professional; he knew what he was doing and cleaned up after end of each day to make sure area is clean. I offered to pay him some money after the first day for his work but he refuses and said he will take after completion of entire work. Usually people ask some money upfront. He also did some minor work without charging extra.. Overall very good and price was very reasonable.

I had no less than five roofers on my roof over a span of several years, and the leak persisted. Juan correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the first try, and did good work quickly. I'd use him again in a second, but I won't have to because he did such a good job with the roof!

If I could give 10 stars to Juan Andrade and his team, I would. I had a slow water leak near my chimney and my previous contractor's work did not fix the problem. I also needed other routine roof maintenance. Juan removed the old chimney cap - 3 layers of concrete that were the root cause of my problem. Seems my earlier contractors did pretty shoddy work. Juan installed a new concrete chimney cap, new copper ridge on the roof and dormers and replaced 15-20 slates. I am now confident that my roof is fixed. As to price, Juan's price was great value for the money.

I do think these guys will make it big in this business. I would suggest that they revisit their work after a couple of months, just to make sure the work is still holding up. otherwise these guys were great. Thank you.

I would recommend J. Andrade Construction Corp. anytime. They were excellent and I was so lucky to find them. The roof has been repaired and those guys worked like you cannot believe to get it done. So far, no rain coming in and quality seems great and service was excellent and was a great value. I will keep them in mind for future reference and recommend to others.

I had three estimates for my roofing job and Juan was the best. He was extremely knowledgeable about the needs of the job and provided me with before and after photos. Though the other bids came in lower than Juan's he was completely thorough and explained to me about the pricing and what I was getting. I feel confident in the job that was done and would recommend him to others seeking to complete a roof repair job.

Juan did a thorough assessment of my roof and found a couple minor things unrelated to hurricane damage that needed to be addressed. He was able to articulate what needed to be done and most importantly, why it needed to be done. The quote was delivered to my inbox when Juan said it would be, the estimate was very detailed and his price was competitive. The workers were professional and did a great job!
