Steve was professional & walked me through everything he did so I could better maintain my own appliances (he really went out of his way to educate me which I appreciated!). Courtney is also wonderful with scheduling and communicating throughout the process. They earned a lifetime customer.

Amazing service and knowledge about appliances, complete with southern charm. Stephen is always responsive, on time, neat, courteous, and handles the problem or answers the questions without hesitation. He's come in, diagnosed and fixed the problem, and cleaned up and made us feel like there was never a problem to begin with!

Steve was on time and did a comprehensive diagnosis of my broken washing machine. He took the time to explain in great detail the problem and gave me reasonable options. Great advice given and I would definitely recommend him to family and friends. I will have to replace my machine but I will use Steve for my installation.
