+ -1 moreHe came to the house. Sent estimate. I approved it. He told me things to buy for the bathroom remodeling. I bought them. 17 days later and not answering my text. Tiny sent me a text saying sorry booked other jobs can't get to you till January. He promised to get it done by the end of the year cause I had to be out of my apartment. He's unreliable, disrespectful and sold me out for a better job. Wouldn't recommend Tony to my worst enemy. His word means nothing. Want to give a zero but site won't let me

Mr Jeffers outlined the work that would be required for his assistant and then left him to complete the project. The job was finished on time and met my needs.

+ 0 moreEverything was done within a week. Tony can be left to work on his own, does not need babysitting. He brings in the necessary people and does a beautiful job. The apartment was simply transformed. Tony also is very creative in figuring out what needs to be done and provides good advice.
Description of Work: Apartment needed complete refurbishing when tenants who'd been there 20 years moved out. Floors were sanded, the entire apartment was painted, a new stove was installed, front door fixed, some kitchen cabinets needed repair, The cost might seem high but the apartment has high ornate ceilings and the floors were in very bad shape and getting the old stove out and the new one in was a miracle.

+ -1 moreThis contractor did not satisfy the insurance requirements defined by the management company of our condominium building. Those requirements were forwarded to the contractor nine days before the work was supposed to start - today - and reconfirmed four days ago. The contractor was forced to cancel on the day of the appointment. Not cool since my wife and I took a day off work for this. Other than that, the contractor has been very responsive, evaluated the work via pictures I sent and provided estimates promptly. Too bad that he overlooked insurance requirements. A 30% deposit was sent five calendar days prior to the appointment. The contractor has promised to refund me.

+ 0 moreOn Thursday 8/4/17 the shower would not work in one of the apartments. Could not turn off. It was 10 PM or so. I was not available. Tenants tried plumbers but they would not come because the tenants are not owners. They have Tony's number. He came over and saved the tenants from a flood. Followed up with permanent repairs the following Tuesday. In meantime a leak developed with the sink in the other apartment and he fixed that also.

Description of Work: Replace 25 sq ft damage in living room ceiling using wallboard and joint compound to match existing plaster-on-lathe. Also plug hole with roofing cement in bathroom floor above living room, where radiator pipe was replaced, in order to prevent future water damage.

Description of Work: Electrician had to cut hole in wall in order to retrieve wire. Wall had to be repaired and painted, Also in bath, grout needed cleaning and new caulk was also needed.

Andrea who is his painter subcontractor was a pleasure to work with and did an excellent job. Jevon meticulously spent the entire day scraping the old grout in both bathrooms before rechaulking them.
Description of Work: Repaired cracks and holes before painting entire apartment (ceiling, trim, walls). Scraped away old grout and chaulked both bathrooms. Replaced single handed cartridge in shower.

He didn't require any hand holding and I always felt that he knew what needed to be done quickly and easily. Most importantly, his work was top notch. Everything looked beautiful, flawless and costed was on point with the estimate. We will be going back to Anthony for more jobs as things come up.
Description of Work: My wife and I bought a 80 yr old house a couple months ago and it had a couple spots that were needing some cosmetic help. Anthony patched and fixed several issues around the house. Specifically, fixing rot from windows, rot from a rear support beam, and an opening on the rear entryway.

+ 2 moreIt went great. Eric came out for the initial estimate and was quick, efficient and knowledgeable. He walked with me throughout the condo and asked good questions. They were able to schedule things quickly which was nice as we were on a tight deadline. The work took place over 2 days (which was the time frame presented in the initial estimate) mainly due to the bathroom ceiling repairs needing the time. We noticed an issue after day 1 and Infinity was great about responding to our emails to get us a quote for the additional work and were able to get the work done the next day, including going out to get more paint because we didn't provide enough. The painting and the repairs all look great! We're very happy with how it all turned out and would use Infinity Maintenance again.
Description of Work: Painted trim throughout our condo, spackled and repainted damage to walls in every room, painted our living room ceiling, repaired damage to ceiling in bathroom, including replacing some of the drywall.

+ 3 moreAnthony and Daniel did a great job! They emailed me when they headed out and showed up on time and were very professional. Their price is fair and I am very pleased the work they have done. I'm glad I chose Infinity Maintenance! They repaired, primed and painted the wall in my bedroom closet and replaced my vanity faucet. At first I bought a wrong faucet which did not fit. Anthony went out to Home Depot to return it and get a new one. He texted me the pic in the store to make sure that was what I wanted. They also checked the leaking under my fridge and found the water inlet valve was broken. As that part was not sold at Home Depot, I ordered it online and they would come back to fix it. I highly recommend them!

+ 1 moreAnthony returned my initial voicemail the same day. He was able to set up an appointment for the next day. Workman, Luis was there promptly at 12pm as promised. He took a look at the leaking faucet and recommended that a new one was installed. Luis was very helpful and patient answering all my questions and helping me find a suitable replacement faucet. He was able to pick up parts for both the faucet and light switch repair and fixed everything same day. Anthony checked in throughout the process to make sure work was being completed to satisfaction. $285 for labor and $150 for parts. I was VERY IMPRESSED and thankful for the work of Infinity Maintenance and glad to know that I will be able to call without hesitation when there are other repairs I need help with in the future.
Description of Work: Fixed a leaking kitchen faucet by replacing with a new one, moved water filter spigot to accommodate new faucet and installed a new light switch in master bedroom since old dimmer switch was not working properly

He was on time and very pleasant and professional. He brought his son along who was also very nice and professional. They were quick and thorough. I appreciated them asking for specifics from me as far as where to place things, painting height etc. A really nice guy and did a great job.

The father son team did a quick and good job of it and you cannot even tell where any of the holes were. I plan to use them to put a back splash in. They showed up 15 minutes after their 1 hour window but finished job well before 5 so no issues

His team was also courteous and trustworthy. I was glad I chose Infinity Maintenance for all my repairs at this time. His price was fair and his customer service was great! I never felt like I was being jerked around or anything. He was very straight forward and transparent. This was a lot of work to be done and Anthony made sure all was done to his high standard of workmanship. Anthony demonstrated that he is one of the best in his field. He takes pride in his work and is not satisfied until the job is done right and that his customers are satisfied. He is not pig-headed but open to suggestion.
