Flooring
At first, he was very helpful. We tried doing the work ourselves and messed up the polyeurothane. He came over and was ready to work right away and he was very cheap. Everything looked great when he was initially finished with the last coat of polyeurothane. However, we went away for the weekend and he recommended that we leave the floor for the weekend. When we came came, the floor had a ton of bubbles and stain marks; it looked as though he had put too much stain on the floors. He came back and told us that he would fix it, but he never showed back up and never answered our phone calls again. Don't work with this guy. He is cheap, but you get what you pay for.
