In general, while I was perfectly content with the end result, I can't say that I was ecstatic. I went with Nick because they were able to match the lowest quote I got. But I have a feeling that they cut some corners. They almost forgot to paint a major area of one of the rooms until I pointed it out as they were cleaning up. They didn't really do a lot of prep on the walls (e.g. sanding, removing existing nails, etc).
It was well worth the money but I do regret not spending more to go with another painter who seemed like they would be much more thorough.
"[removed member name]- thank you so much for your kind words. It was a great pleasure working for you. I really appreciate your trust in us and I hope to see you again soon. Happy Holidays to you and your family!"
Areas under the AC unit still have patches of spackle, the ledge and other areas have a thick drip of paint as is stuck to it. Though he was very responsive and came again to address the most obvious areas, I continue to find problems as I look closely.
Over all I feel he did not have anyone take a close look at his finished job to make sure it was all done right. I am now spending more money to correct his errors and get the job redone.
"Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I sincerely aplogize that the project is not entirely to your satisfaction. Would it be possible for Nick (my father) to stop by to do the touch ups? I've explained to my father that there were some issues with his performance and he asked if you could kindly permit him to take a look what can be done."
"Thank you so much for sharing your experience. It was a great pleasure working for you and I sincerely appreciate your trust. I apologize for all the rescheduling. Sometimes, the jobs take us a bit longer than we estimate. But, I do understand that rescheduling may have negatively affected you and your plans. It was very nice to meet you, and I hope we see you again."
