Barbara does a great job cleaning and is very friendly and agreeable.  She always shows up on time and stays as long as she needs to in order to finish. She is very good with my pets, which was the initial selling point.  I have now given her a key and trust her completely to clean when I"m not home.

Barbara first came to my home over the summer and gave me a very affordable estimate to clean my house for a party I was having.  I have since hired her back to clean my house every two weeks.  She does the basic tasks each time she comes, including a thorough bathroom cleaning, vacuuming the whole house, dusting, and a quick rinse of my floors.  She cleans my toddlers room using non-toxic cleaners.  And she organizes my ever present clutter!  She is also great with my cats.

We thought the house looked pretty clean when we closed on it, but we were shocked at how incredibly clean it was by the time Barbara was done. We're very happy with the work she did and plan to work out a schedule with her for regular cleaning.

.I found this company on Angie's List and they did an excellent job. I have tried to contact them but they have not responded so I have not been able to get a hold of them.

Barbara Russo is actually a very nice lady. But my experience with her servicce was not the best. She came over at 9.30am and left just before 2pm. Her cleaning was overall not bad. She missed a few parts in the dusting area and wasn't always aware of putting things back in their correct places. The problem with this whole deal was that I paid $110.00 for a house cleaning, but she didn't get to my first floor. She didn't clean my kitchen, den, dining area or living room. She did upstairs and the basement but at approx 1.30, she told me that she had to leave to go to her other job and ran out of time! I really was very very upset at this and would not have hired her if I'd known that she would not have been able to finish the job. Who does that.? She was supposed to be experienced and should've known that this was probably too much for her to handle in that amount of time. Obviously she had very poor time management. I have never paid that amount of money for a cleaner and have them NOT finish cleaning my house. I was flabbergasted and quite annoyed and upset that i forked out that amount for an unfinished job. If she wouldve stayed, i wouldve paid more......and would've been even more upset...so its perhaps just as well she left when she did. When my husband came home, he was very annoyed that I paid that kind of money and our main floor was not cleaned. I was specific about her concentrating on our bathrooms and kitchen especially. One bathroom on the first floor and obviously our kitchen did not get cleaned. I paid her for her efforts, but would not hire her again because of this. I really felt gipped. I hired her based on what was said about her performance on Angies list. Shes avdecent cleaner, but make sure that she gives you a specific time span on her cleaning. No one likes surprises and I thought this was unprofessional. A cleaner wouldn't do this if it were an office building, so why do this type of thing to me? It made no sense and I am still upset.

She is willing to do anything I ask, and I appreciated the speed and efficientcy of her work.  She is quite professional in demeanor. 

She comes on time...I tell her which rooms I need done and she sets to work. Rarely takes a break and in 4hours my downstairs (4rooms and a kitchen) were perfect. She vacuums, does the floors, dusts and often arranges things that have been left out. I trust her completely . She takes the garbage out...and disappears. Terrific.

It was just the one time that I used them and the price was quite reasonable. They were there for about 3 hours. She was on time, quite friendly and professional.

She is great, extremely conscientious and responsible. She made friends with my dog so that she wouldn?t bark at her. She does a very good job and I like her a lot. She is very affordable and professional.

So far I think I have met a big house-cleaning need in this service.
