The contractor and his brother did a fantastic job. They call to let you know when they will be coming. They make it clear what needs to be done. Both are courteous, respectful, responsive and trustworthy. You can leave them to work in your home and not be the least bit concerned about what you will find (or won't) when you return. What distinguishes this contractor is his creativity in addressing any and all problems. We now have "added" another room to a house more than 90 years old. We are truly thankful to have found Handy Brothers who were recommended by a friend.
Description of Work: He completely renovated my unfinished basement -- installed drop ceiling, lighting, reinforced walls, put up insulation and drywall, installed doors, created utility closet, installed windows and base board trim, painted walls, stained doors -- everything from soup to nuts. Additionally, water always seeped into the basement due to water pooling against the exterior walls of the house. He concreted alley ways on both sides so water flows away from the house and applied stucco and dry lock paint to exteriors walls.
