Haddad sent someone out the same day I called. A part was needed, so repair was made the next day. Overall, a positive experience. We've used Haddad before, and will continue to do so.

Did NOT GO. Called several times to get a quote. The office manager appeared to have no idea about the project. Said they would come on Saturday, which I refused as I did not get a quote. He asked me to call back for a quote. Next day I call back and he asks again if I want them to call Saturday. I remind him I want a quote and then he tells me I should call him back again. Now 2 months later- still no quote, no call......................chaotic and disorganized . would NOT recommend

They came on time for most of the jobs and completed them. I recommend Haddads if you live in the area and can have a face-to-face discussion with them. They were not always responsive and needed to be reminded to stop by. So if you live in the area and can personally pester them, they are effective. My experience is that they are especially good for small jobs.

They came in advance to see what needed to be done and gave us a quote. When they came to do the job, they arrived on time, saw an existing problem which they fixed for us, and did a great job.
