This store took a deposit, promising to customize a jewelry item. When they came up with something completely different then what was initially discussed, we refused to purchase this item and asked for our deposit back. They refused to return the deposit or make any sort of reasonable compromise. After weeks of unpleasant negotiating, where the manager and salespeople were rude to say the lest, we ended up purchasing something from their store, supposedly of value equal to the deposit amount (a stretch as well, not to mention that this was an unwanted purchase). These guys are simply crooks and I suggest you go elsewhere.
