They installed them flat on the ground instead of risers. Now, everytime it rains, the furnace and hot water heater goes out and we have to relight them. It was a very obvious mistake.

We apologize that you were unsatisfied with our service in 2006, but hope your most recent service in April 2017 was up to your standards. I personally researched your claim, and although the boiler location may seem inconvenient for you when it rains, it was not a mistake. The boilers had to be placed as low as possible to get the correct pitch into the chimney because of the way the basement was configured. It is only fair for the readers to know that there were extenuating circumstances in this particular situation which affected the positioning of the units.
