About us
Payment: A deposit of 50% of accepted quote total is required before first day of service. Balance of accepted quote is due at the completion of service day. We prefer payment be made by cash, check, or Visa/Mastercard debit/credit card. Returned payments are subject to $45 return fee. Schedule Changes: If you must reschedule or skip your regular service day, we appreciate a 48 hour notice. If we are unable to enter the home or begin work upon arrival it may be necessary to assess a lockout fee of a minimum of $45 to cover expenses. Lockout fees are a minimum of $65 during holiday weeks. Equipment and Supplies: Our cleaning associates are supplied with all equipment and supplies. However, if you prefer a different product be used on a surface in your home they will be happy to use it, but you must inform us at least 24 hours before service day.

I was impressed with Exclusivo. Within 24 hours of my first call they came in to discuss exactly what needed to be done and provided a written estimate of the cost.
Exclusivo showed up on time and started cleaning. They had to work in between the clutter of the office and did so returning everything as they found it. The rooms and windows were spotless. The suite sparkled and smelled clean. I was extremely satifised with their work. More importantly they made me feel like I was their most important customer and treated the Pastor?s suite like it was their own home. I will definitely use Exclusivo Entreprise Cleaning again.
