Very badly. We were new to the country and had just purchased an apartment in Brooklyn. After agreeing to a scope of work and an estimate, additional costs started to creep in which we had to pay for them to complete. It started with the wardrobe downstairs, which apparently had "problems" once removed. I paid an extra $200-300 to get that fixed. Then the windows - there was another "problem" which they asked for an extra $200 for, and then they completely screwed up the stairs, which we wanted covered to protect our daughter, despite the lady sitting with my wife for almost an hour and being given detailed instructions. Some of what they did was good, but they left alot of work incomplete. We asked them to repair the heating boards, and they lied to us about that. Exactly the same condition. The lady was extremely rude towards me, and they even made me pay the full balance before completion. I have learned a lesson out of this - to use websites like this. These people are despicable and should not be allowed to trade. Absolutely avoid them.
