satellite tv service
+ -1 moreI am not happy with them right now. Their customer service is getting worse. They used to have excellent customer service.
Description of Work: We use DIRECT ACCESS TV for satellite TV services. Our DVR wasn't working and they replaced the DVR. We pay them a monthly fee for the DVR service. They replaced it with a refurbished one and we weren't happy. We had to send that one back and they replaced it with another refurbished one that we are still not happy with. I have the NFL ticket with them.
