Description of Work: Dan helped me purchase a condo in Jersey City last year. I cannot say enough good things about Dan. He was extremely professional and responsive. He returned my calls and my emails promptly and was very accommodating of my work schedule. Once I gave him a clear idea of my budget and my preferences, he showed me all the available properties in the area, and didn't attempt to push me towards any particular property. I am also most grateful to him for having steered me away from some overpriced turkeys by honestly outlining the flaws (in design or structure) which could have turned an expensive investment into a nightmare. He also helped me locate an excellent real estate attorney, and was generally very helpful in helping me manage what is a really stressful process. I am very happy with the condo I ended up buying and I am very grateful to Dan for all his help.
