4 months after the start of the job, it has not been completed. The quality of the job is disastrous and he has damaged a lot of my personal property. I has stopped working for 1 month under the pretexte than he was missing some elements and just agree to cease work and break the contract.
I had seeked a second opinion to confirm the damages and the scope and quality of work done and received the confirmation that nothing has been done professionally.
The cut of the tile around the drain is terrible, the tiles on the shower walls are not flushed, the vanity has not been attached to the wall properly, leaving a 2" gap between the cabinet and the counter top.
They cut by 3" the custom made frame panel of the fridge to use as a filler. They didn't follow the kitchen design and drawings so the cabinets don't fit properly. They didn't level the cabinets so they are not straight and they attached them from the inside, so all the screws are visible.
The list can go on and on. I will be happy to provide pictures if needed.
That company and Carlos are not the professionals you want to hire to do any large job in your house. I regret trusting him with my investment and hope that post will help you avoid making the same mistake.
